I’ve known Danny for 20+ years ever since he was that little middle school kid I had to deal with during lunch duty at Madison Junior High School. Fast forward to High School where my son started hanging around with a new bunch of people and there was Danny. Graduation happened and this bunch of guys continued to hang around together even as they all went their separate ways. And when we would hear stories of what was happening, Danny’s name was always there as one of the gang.
Then one day about a year ago, I get a call from a prospective bride. Kathy explained that she was engaged to Danny and they wanted to talk about me being the photographer at their wedding. Over the next months, I got to know Kathy as we talked about the wedding and I did pre-wedding portraits on a cold Fall day.
Saturday 12/8/2018 was the wedding. There were lots of familiar faces in the guests and the wedding party. There were many stories told by the best man and others, and the wedding was a fun event.
